POCHE PAROLE
A Tuscan Table’s Rhythm
Service Description
You’re not just arriving—you’re settling in to where conversation finds its flow. Traditional Tuscan dishes are shaped by nature’s pace. What is prepared is guided by the season; how it is prepared comes with time. The table opens a little wider, with two homemade seasonal soups shared at the table as they would be for family. Each soup is chosen by the season and made with ingredients grown on the farm. A single-variety olive oil is worked into the preparation, allowing oil and soup to shape one another naturally. A glass of wine draws you to the table. Fanciulla, a Sangiovese rosato, is poured first—light, open and refreshing. A second glass follows with La Brama de’ La Pia, deeper and more grounded, carrying the same clarity with greater presence. The moment lingers, like a long afternoon in a friend’s home, where the table stays set and no one is in a hurry to leave. Reserve — Find your rhythm. Experience Fee — €50 per person Courtesy rate €45 for guests who take wine or olive oil home the same dayGood Tuscan cooking begins with great olive oil—used not as a condiment, but as an essential ingredient. Two single-variety extra virgin olive oils are tasted as they would be in a family kitchen: first on their own, then again through a simple Tuscan dish, pappa al pomodoro. Olive oil brings simple ingredients together into something unmistakably Tuscan. A carefully chosen glass of wine is poured to sit naturally alongside the cooking, letting wine and table speak in the same voice. The pace is easy, the setting informal, and the feeling familiar—like being welcomed into a friend’s home. Reserve — Shape your memories. Experience Fee — €30 per person Courtesy rate €25 for guests who take wine or olive oil home the same day.
