Two single-variety extra virgin olive oils are tasted as they would be in a family kitchen: first on their own, then again through a simple Tuscan dish, pappa al pomodoro. Olive oil brings simple ingredients together into something unmistakably Tuscan. A carefully chosen glass of wine is poured to sit naturally alongside the cooking, letting wine and table speak in the same voice. The pace is easy, the setting informal, and the feeling familiar—like being welcomed into a friend’s home. Reserve — Shape your memories.
