The label is a pencil drawing by our son to hide La Pia's beauty behind a veil, like the tragedy that befell her.

Hand selected destemmed and lightly pressed grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, thewine remains in contact with the skins for three weeks
18 months in French oak followed by one year in the bottle. Sangiovese is aged in tonneau from the Trancais forest. Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in fine grain French oak barriques.
